Issue

• Kickstart does not honor exclusion of open-vm-tools package in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7
• 7.3 installer iso forcibly installs packages open-vm-tools-desktop and its dependencies open-vm-tools and libX11.
• Kickstart does not honor the package statements preceded by the minus '-' symbol as expected.
