Kdump service takes very long time to start and eventually gets hung
Issue

Upon starting the kdump service, it takes extremely long time to start and doesn't show any symptoms of its progress.

Kdump initrd is already built but still the service takes a long time to start.

This also happens during boot time eventually making the system too long to boot-up.
