Error deploying web application with JDBC resource mapped in web.xml in JBoss EAP
Issue
- When JBoss starts, the following error is received:
java.lang.RuntimeException: mapped-name is required for <a jdbc resource> of deployment <a web app>
- Web application fails to start because of the above error
