Python API abandons message queue during unexpected outage in MRG Messaging 2.x

Issue

  • When using the Python messaging API to create a message queue, an unplanned for crash or server restart causes the queue to become exclusive but continue receiving messages forever. This doesn't seem to happen with the C++ messaging API.
