Why do I get twice amount of configured client timeout as connect timeout on JBossWS client?

Issue

• Why do I get twice amount of configured client timeout as connect timeout on JBossWS client? For example, assume I configure -Dorg.jboss.ws.timeout=10(secs) in the client then I see connect timeout is 20 secs in the client. Is it expected behaivour? On the other hand response timeout works as expected. In the same example, the response timeout is 10 secs.
