Desktop cannot start while using system preparation procedure
Issue
Currently system preparation is by default allowed to be run only on 8 VMs at the same time.
This limitation comes from amount of loopback devices that are defined in Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Hyparvisor's kernel.
Environment
Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Hypervisor (RHEV-H) - any version
User tries to use system preparation procedure (sysprep) for more than 8 virtual machines (VM) at the same time
