Deploying overcloud fails

Issue

• The overcloud nodes fail to deploy at the "ComputeAllNodesValidationDeployment" and "ControllerAllNodesValidationDeployment" stage.
• The network configuration appears to be all correct, but the deploy fails due to not being able to contact the control nodes on the internal API network. This appears to be because the bond0 interface is being removed from the OVS for some reason.
