/sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_governor 
userspace

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 has switched the default governor to ondemand but on pcc-cpufreq system, e.g., HP ProLiant DL380 G7, it uses userspace governor. Expectation is to use ondemand for uniform behavior.
