Host fails to build into Anaconda with Satellite 6 (kernel panic)
Issue
After or during kernel init RAM disk there is a kernel panic error with:
RAMDISK: incomplete write
VFS: Cannot open root device (null) or unknown-block
Environment
Satellite 6 bare-metal or virtualized host provisioning
