Manually configure Dnsmasq on OpenShift 3 nodes
Issue
- In an OpenShift cluster originally installed as 3.0 or 3.1, but want to take advantage of the Dnsmasq feature installed with 3.2
- Seeing slowdowns related to DNS
- DNS is checking SkyDNS first before resolving to external DNS server
Environment
- Red Hat OpenShift Enterprise
- Originally installed as 3.0 or 3.1 but upgraded to 3.2 or 3.3
