Jolokia REST interface cannot be accessed without login to HawtIO
Issue
After a restart, requests on the HawtIO console REST interface, like this one
curl -u admin:admin http://localhost:8181/hawtio/jolokia/
fail with a ClassNotFoundException message. To recover, it is necessary to log in to the HawtIO web interface using a browser.
