Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Manager - Unable to login to RHEV-M console using VNC (timeout after 20 seconds)

Issue

Steps to reproduce:

• Login to RHEVManager
• Select Clusters tab and select a cluster.
• Select Logical Networks tab at the bottom of the clusters tab.
• Select a network other than the management network.
• Push the “Set as Display” button.
• Select Virtual Machines tab.
• Select a virtual machine.
• Right mouse and select console.
• Either spice or vnc will start.
• It will display for 20 seconds then the window closes with the following message: WinSock recv call failed.

Extra info:
When connecting from different computer using the VDI broker, everything works.   This is very puzzling because there is very little difference between RHEV-M server and a desktop when it comes to networks.

Everything works from RHEV-M server using the management network (default setup).
