Issue
An attempt to add RHEV-H ends up without success.
Host has status 'Install Failed'
Engine reports failed issue as severity 2 with message:
Failed to install Host ${hostname}. Failed to execute stage 'Transaction commit': Command '/sbin/grubby' failed to execute.
