kernel oops with mlx5 when upgrading to RHEL 7.3

- Observing kernel oops related to mlx5 drivers when booting with ConnectX-4 NIC

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.3
- Mellanox Connect-X 4 adapter using the mlx5 driver with firmware 12.12.780 or older
