Barrier controller service deployment error in JBoss EAP 5.1.2

Issue

• We ran into an issue with using the Barrier Controller Service, same config file is working with JBoss EAP 4.3, but having following error with JBoss EAP 5.1.2 during application server starts up.

DEPLOYMENTS MISSING DEPENDENCIES:
  Deployment "SampleMBean:type=MBean" is missing the following dependencies:
    Dependency "jboss:name=CustomBarrier,type=Barrier" (should be in state "Start", but is actually in state "Create")

DEPLOYMENTS IN ERROR:
  Deployment "jboss:name=CustomBarrier,type=Barrier" is in error due to the following reason(s): Create

• Basically, we have an MBean that sends a notification handback to the barrier to start it up and then all services dependent on the barrier will also be started.
