Why does bond ignore the primary slave setting, at boot
Issue
A bond with two slaves is configured with a preferred primary slave, and auto-failback disabled.
After boot of the system the bond is not using the preferred slave.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6
- Bonding mode 1 (active-backup), with primary=interface and primary_reselect=2
