JVM configuration in Admin Console does not save Permsize and Max Permsize

Issue

We are trying to change JVM configuration at "Server Group" level using Web Admin Console (Server > Server > Server Groups > JVM Configuration tab).
When we save the values, sometimes we have no error displayed and nothing happens at all, sometimes we have a successfull message but the permgern is still empty in domain.xml (
).
