RHEL OSP 9 not accepting instackenv.json if no value for cpu/mem/disk is mentioned

Issue

  • Importing the instackenv.json template failed if no values for cpu/mem/disk is specified, same instackenv.json is accepted on OSP8.
  • Following error reported while trying to import the nodes :
$ openstack baremetal import --json ~/instackenv.json
The following properties for node 262779b3-4e43-4610-9648-1ec3157c8556 should be non-negative integers, but provided values are: local_gb=, cpus=, memory_mb= (HTTP 400)
