With RHN Satellite, removing Virtualization Host Platform entitlements from a system causes an Internal Server Error

Issue

• I am having difficulty removing the Virtualization entitlement from the two hypervisor hosts. When I try to un-entitle the hypervisors, I immediately get an error page.

• I have un-entitled all of the guest systems that were entitled on the satellite. The guest systems are still associated with their software channels, but they should no longer be consuming virtualization platform guest freebie entitlements.

• Looking at /var/log/httpd/error.log shows:
