BOOTP from dynamic client and no dynamic leases
Issue
When configuring DHCP server in failover mode I am gettin following errors in the logs:

Nov 13 09:50:42 dhcp1 dhcpd: BOOTREQUEST from 00:c0:b7:d3:85:48 via 10.111.196.1: BOOTP from dynamic client and no dynamic leases
Nov 13 09:50:42 dhcp1 dhcpd: BOOTREQUEST from 00:c0:b7:2e:29:ab via 10.111.196.2: BOOTP from dynamic client and no dynamic leases
