Issue
- Unable to start a newly create VM called redhatvm .
- VM was renamed to redhatvm1 and then re-creating a new VM with name redhatvm results in the error
VM redhatvm is down with error. Exit message: operation failed: domain 'redhatvm' already exists with uuid baab17f5-775a-49a5-9973-2f91dfd43b84."
