After moving from CloudForms 3.2 to 4.1, the "new_object" method is missing

Issue

• In CloudForms 3.2, the $evm.new_object was available. This function would search /var/www/miq/customer and instantiate an object for use in the model. This same function call is resulting in:

        NoMethodError: undefined method `new_object' for #<MiqAeMethodService::MiqAeService:0x00000001ade4f8>
