ovirt-guest-agent doesn't start
Issue
ovirt-guest-agent can't start, in /var/log/ovirt-guest-agent/ovirt-guest-agent.log we can see few unhandled exceptions and the most remarkable error message:
OSError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/dev/virtio-ports/com.redhat.rhevm.vdsm'
