[Satellite6] Listing product content for an activation key does not show default state with hammer

Issue

• Listing product content for an activation key with hammer does not show default state.
  When the product-content for an activation key is shown using hammer it only shows if the enabled state is (default|0|1), but you can not tell what the default state actually is. This is possible using the Web UI and it should be the same using hammer. This could be perhaps achieved similar to the Web UI by having the value as well as (default) per content item.
