Problem setting a jmx password used for logging onto jconsole.

Issue

• We have a free standing version of AMQ 5.9.0 installed using Java 1.6 and would like to set a jmx password so when logging onto jconsole a password is required.
  We have setup a user in users.properties file, but password is still not needed. Can you please let us know what files have to be changed/updated for the password to take effect?
