How to use external properties in Fuse on EAP with CDI?

Issue

  • Could you please provide an example project that shows looking up a properties file in Fuse on EAP and using it for substituting in Camel routes?

  • When I try using the PropertiesComponent as described in [1], debugging has shown that this is related to the camel-core module trying to load the properties file and then realizing that it is not in it's classpath.
