FTP login fails as vsftpd is unable to access the users home directory due to selinux
Issue
FTP login fails with the following error message when chroot vsftpd is used:
Name (testserver:username): username
331 Please specify the password.
Password:
500 OOPS: chroot
Login failed.
Error code 0: Permission denied
