Cannot Move Namespace of Macvlan Interface on top of Bonding Device

Issue

• When adding a mavclan interface with a parent interface of a bond device to a network namespace there are errors showing that the operation failed:

# ip link set netns namespace0 macvlan-dev
RTNETLINK answers: Invalid argument

• The issue may manifest itself when using Docker with mavclan devices
