When trying to configure bonding in balance-tlb/alb (5/6) mode with 2 ibmveth NICs, bond interface never gets a DHCP lease.
Issue
- When trying to configure bonding in balance-tlb/alb (5/6) mode with 2 ibmveth NICs. The bonding interface comes up and there are lots of messages in dmesg:

- The bonding interface never gets a DHCP lease.
