Why after VMotion, connection from VM to all outside systems fails ?

Issue

• Post VMotion , from VM connection to all outside systems fail, even hypervisor is not reachable.
• Connection or ping from hypervisor to VM works fine.
• Restarting a network service resumes the connectivity from VM to outside systems.
• There shouldn't be a need to restart a network service manually post VMotion, connection to and from the VM should continue to work normally.
