Unable to add nested <when> in Camel blueprint.xml in JBDS

Issue

• While developing a Camel route, I had to add a when condition within another . However when I try to save the same, the blueprint somehow modifies itself, and the inner is removed.Make the change in blueprint.xml, save it, go to design view and then come back to source view and you should be able to notice condition is missing.
