FQDN of all nodes added to no proxy list when covered by domain suffix

Issue

• The global proxy settings are configured in the hosts file along with

openshift_generate_no_proxy_hosts=false

I expected this to prevent the FQDN for each of the nodes being added to the no proxy variable for in the master configuration however this is not the case.

Have I misunderstood how this should work or is this a known issue?
