Can cockpit be configured to use the tcp port of docker-engine instead of unix socket /var/run/docker.sock ?

Issue

• Can cockpit be configured to use the tcp port of docker-engine instead of unix socket /var/run/docker.sock ?
• As a part of security hardening, docker has been configured only to listen on TCP port(TLS). Cockpit fails to detect docker-engine on the system due to this. Cockpit console displays the message "Docker is not installed or activated on the system"
