oc secrets special chars

Issue

• I was trying to create a secret where the password contains an exclamation mark
  like this

$ oc secrets new-basicauth basicsecretgit --password=test!test --user=openpaas
-bash: !test": event not found

$ oc secrets new-basicauth basicsecretgittest --password=`test!test` --user=openpaas
-bash: !test`: event not found
