Patching custom profiles for Fuse on EAP Installer

- How to handle new patches for custom
profiles? - We are running multiple instances on
JBoss Fuse on EAPinstaller with lots of customizations. Does it require to create fresh setup from updatedstandalone/domainprofiles?
