Issue

  • Customer is using CAS 3.3.1 in JBoss Enterprise Application Platform 4.3.0.GA and receives the following message:

    org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanCreationException:
Error creating bean with name 'ticketRegistry' defined in
ServletContext resource
[/WEB-INF/spring-configuration/ticketRegistry.xml]: Initialization of
bean failed; nested exception is java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
org.jboss.cache.Cache

Environment

  • JBoss EAP 4.3.0.GA CP06
  • CAS 3.3.1
  • JBoss Cache 3.2.1 GA
