Issue

• We are setting up our release automation server and we are running into issues when using Ant from a command line. There is a salesforce provided JAR file called "ant-salesforce.jar" that is not being recognized.

Action: Check the spelling.
Action: Check that any custom tasks/types have been declared.

This appears to be an antlib declaration.
