Simple process to change Puppet interval

Issue

• Changing the puppet interval is a complex process involving many settings and bookmarks and cron job.
• At first glance it looks simple, just change the setting puppet_interval. But that is not enough. Also all bookmarks need to be adjusted. And finally for the trends also the cron job.
