imjournal: fscanf on state file `/var/lib/rsyslog/imjournal.state' failed
Issue
rsyslogoutputs the following message:"imjournal: fscanf on state file/var/lib/rsyslog/imjournal.state' failed"` and afterwards, it stops logging.rsyslogno longer stops receiving messages after system time change
