JBoss configuration file standalone.xml gets overwritten on application undeployment

Issue

• Sometime after we update standalone.xml, the changes go missing on un-deploy an application, we need to update again.
• My standalone.xml get overwritten by JBoss on application undeployment, how to avoid it ?
• We are finding some system property configurations go missing when we hot un-deploy artifacts from our EAP 6.2.
