Support for first/last/absolute/relative "FETCH " syntax in DV
Issue
- Add support for the below "FETCH" syntax:
FETCH LAST FROM cursor_name
FETCH ABSOLUTE fetch_when FROM cursor_name
FETCH RELATIVE fetch_when FROM cursor_name
FETCH FIRST FROM cursor_name
