After uninstall and reinstall of same bundle No type converter available.

Issue

• We have to restart the container to replace the bundle.
• Bundle using transformation(Dozer) does not pickup newly updated class even after osgi:uninstall/install.
• This behaviour is not as expected. After uninstall/install a bundle, transformer should load new class in this bundle.
