saXX files sometimes are not converted to sarXX when the system runs sa1 scrpt in 1 minute interval or when sa1 is run at the same time of sa2.

Issue

• saXX files sometimes are not converted to sarXX. cron log have sa2 cron job worked normally. But sarXX file does not exist. The issue is observed at the system with 1 minute interval for sa1 or sa1 is run at the same time of sa2. Also the system is configured with HISTORY parameter which is greater than 28.
