Issue

  • Attempting to vgrename the volume group containing root fails with "Volume group XXX still has active LVs"
  • How to rename root VG.
  • After cloning VMware OS guest server2 from server1; it shows: Found volume group "vg_server1" using metadata type lvm2.
    It should be saying "vg_server2"
