Satellite based kickstart fails with "The file xyz.rpm cannot be opened. This is due to a missing file, a corrupted package or corrupted media"

Issue

• While attempting to perform a kickstsart install from satellite, the client performing the install fails with an error like the following:

The file libsysfs-2.0.0-6.x86_64.rpm cannot be opened. This is due to a missing file, a corrupted package or corrupted media.
