Red Hat Satellite 6 throws error PLP0000: Importer indicated a failed response (Katello::Errors::PulpError).

Issue

• All the following problems happen simultaneously:

  • Manifest Refresh task is fails with below error:

    Polling failed, attempt no. 1, retrying in 16
    PLP0000: Importer indicated a failed response (Katello::Errors::PulpError)

  • Repository sync task fails with below error:

    Katello::Errors::PulpError
    PLP0000: Importer indicated a failed response 
    

  • Repository sync task fails with "Sync Incomplete" status.

  • Capsule sync fails with either above error
