MessageBodyWriterInterceptor not getting invoked when an ExceptionMapper is executed

Issue

• I am using a RESTEasy service and wanted to capture both raw input and output from and to the service. I have a MessageBodyWriterInterceptor that I'd like to be invoked for every response, but I've discovered that if one of my ExceptionMappers creates a response, the MessageBodyWriterInterceptor is not invoked. How can I make the MessageBodyWriterInterceptors be invoked in this scenario?
