Need more information on RHBZ #1310959

Issue

• We ran multiple times into ImageStramTag problems. After searching around I found the following Bugreport: BZ #1310959. The questions related to this bug are:
  • Is there a newer version of 3.1.X which has the fix included (so we don't need to do a major upgrade very soon)
  • Is the bug only in combination with Native-HA triggered (so we can run without Native-HA until the 3.2 upgrade)
  • Is there a better workaround or anything what can help which isn't documented publicly
