Server fails to boot and console logs shows EXT4-fs (dm-X) Unrecognised mount option "defaults" or missing value.. dracut: mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/vg_root/lv_root

Issue

• Server is not booting. Fails with message:-

dracut: mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/vg_root/lv_root
