sosreport throws UnicodeDecodeError in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.2
Issue
- running a sosreport that collects a file with non-ASCII character in it's name (or that is supposed to collect a command with non-ASCII character)
- the tool raises exception in
"/usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/sos/reporting.py", line 150
